Masteries:
- 30/0 (+30% Imperial Mandate from laboreres and troopers)
- 0/30 (-20% Royal Guard cost)
- 25/5 (+50% Imperial Mandate; +2.5% XP for Royal Guard)

That patch happened a long ago, just a few days after Mengsk came out. This video, however, was recorded, IIRC, on the launch day.

A good tactic for the dead of night Mission. Use swan or karax for the defenses
