I just started playing stardew for the first time, this farm is gorgeous! I hope mine looks this natural and green someday :) I didn't know you could get trees to grow that close together!

Thanks Lily! I appreciate it. In regards to your question about the pet bowl I'm afraid I've made a mistake. I mostly play Stardew on the switch and started playing it on the PC recently for the 1.6 update. I used an itemspawner mod to copy all my vanilla designs from the switch to the pc and thought the brown one was a new addition. I can't be sure but I think I'm wrong on this. I usually use the white 'Decorative bowl' for the pet bowl. Everything else used in this is in the vanilla version. I apologise for the mix up on this.

No need to apologize! I hope there is a patch to add the inside pet bowl soon since it's been so popular! Thanks for explaining how you got it anyways! I'll use a decorative bowl for now too!

Oh I bet this looks absolutely GORGEOUS in the colours of autumn! My favourite season 🍂 Wonderful job, can’t imagine the planning this took! I’ve just started another play through and plan on making my farm super foresty and overgrown! Hopefully it will look remotely as beautiful as this haha! Xx

Thank you! I should've added images of the different seasons on the end of this video. I think it looks lovely in fall. Yess I hope to see your creation! I love the foresty overgrown look. It took me a while to get to this particular look with a lot of trial and error but it's part of the fun of it :)

But I don’t make videos so it will probably just end up being screenshots of the farm haha Not sure though how much I’ll be able to play in the near future though… got lots of uni stuff to do and exams start soon as well so all my focus will be on that for a while :)

What a beautiful home and farm. And also, team Harvey. I struggle with the design, even though I have in-game Sundays as "farm beauty" day. I think it's because I'm hesitant to put paths and chop down trees. You really do understad how the decorations work.

Thanks, Kamila! I love the idea of setting in game weekends aside for the decorating. Oh I hear you, I avoided trying and testing decorations in fear of ruining things and having to start over. But there are times when playing that I get random moments of intense focus and push through it, see what works and what doesn't until I find something I like. I must've gone though close to 20 different designs before this one. It's part of the fun I suppose! Team Harvey, always 👨🏻‍⚕

I love how your farm is themed to the Forest Farm! And the buildings having such a natural color gives the impression that they’re made from the trees that the little clearings they’re in used to be. It’s a unique way to tie it all in

Little "Late" to the comment section here, but WOW! I recently started Stardew again after not playing for two years, just finished the Community Center and whatnot, anyway, this is so good! I hope I'm this good when I start making a proper farm design!

Thanks bea! Honestly, the organising was one of the best parts of the game for me. I was the most unorganised person before playing Stardew but it's helped me improve in real life as well. Which I find interesting...it's oh so satisfying. This game is great for folks who have ADHD, like me :)

@@StrikerSprite i definitely was very lazy with my farm and it was an absolute hot mess, but seeing all the videos of people's farm tours and such make me want to put the effort in, and so i can understand what you mean about it having an effect on real life. stardew valley has genuinely given me a push into getting back into nature and appreciating the earth, believe it or not!

Incredible! I just started playing two weeks ago. How many estimated playing hours do you have for this astonishing layout? It must be years of playing. Do you still have any build/design goals at this level, or have you played out the game's potential? Thank you for sharing!

Thank you! I started this game back in lockdown 2020 so a LOT of hours went into it. Over 100+ I'd say...I'll have to check. As far as this save file goes I think I've completed what I set out to do with it. It's satisfying to go back to it and keep adding to all the collections. When I get round to it I'll start up a new save file with the new Meadowland layout which looks fantastic. You've got so much to look forward to if you're new to Stardew. It's the gift that keeps on giving!

Thank you :) I can't take credit for the barn layout as I found it on reddit by a creator who goes by the name Khumun. The iridum shed is mine though. It was so helpful for money earlier in the game! I don't think the glitch works on the 1.6 update though but I heard it can be done via multiplayer.

Thank you! It took me a few evenings and a lot of trial and error...if I added the hours I'd say 7-10? But I didn't start putting proper effort into it until I had everything unlocked so it was quicker to put together than if I started from day 1. I have around 120+ hours on this save file I think.

The main road was the 'Weathered Floor'. You can buy the craft recipe from Dwarf in the mines :)
