"Stardust" is an American popular song composed in 1927 by Hoagy Carmichael.
I apologize for the video on the dark side of the keyboard, unfortunately I realized only after rthe recording.But luckily I have put the small keypad, for people who want maybe to earn a few notes :-) Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

used to play it on my chromonicas with a wonderfyl pianist in the f.q. in new orleans, many years back. public loved us. my chromonias are all broken and johnny gordon, pianist has now pasted on. great memories.

Grazie Mil- for posting a great version of the indelible Great American Songbook tune "Stardust". Even better-it's great to read "more information" -like liner notes on an LP. So many post without even telling you what they posted, YT is like the 21st century's answer to the "rent party". The best posts help the music live by performance and by including information about it to give it context and to help it spread. Great music deserves ears - and eyes. Bravo for that too!

Best piano version I have heard.Hoagy is looking at you through the clouds from the stars.I remember him playing piano in the great old film "The best years of our lives".. This is piano jazz at its best. Bravo Maestro. me piacce cosi tanto,

I love your playing. Specifically, you obviously have good technique, and could play flashier if you wanted to, but use your technique as a means to an end. The end seems to be, to my ear, largely to bring out the harmonies, which I think are wonderfully chosen. They are dissonant enough to be interesting, but really fit well with the music you're playing. Thanks for uploading so much beautiful music.

Your jazz piano makes me feel so mellow. I want to keep practice and hopefully be as good as you one day. Shame I don't have friends who can improvise jazz with me. It's one of my biggest goal in live to be able to play jazz piano really well. I love to share the music with friends and everybody. Love your improvisation... magical chord changes.

Thanks Dardo, I don't use VSTi, I use the Tascam Gigastudio 3 Sampler-loader, and I load the "Sampletekk piano sample".But you can use also the "Sampletekk pianos" with a vsti loader like Kontakt. I hope this helps

By any chance do you have plans to make videos like these again that show the keys you're playing, but perhaps with more modern software? You are my favorite pianist that I have come across, and I would _love_ to be able to play some of your arrangements. I'm sure others would too. Your playing is beautiful.

i really wanted to play jazz on piano, but i had a hard time keeping up with the rhythm.. i wish i still had hope to play something this awesome for our musical..
