Starfield ship build that uses White Dwarf 3015 Engines for max speed, Pinch 8A Reactor for highest hull bonus and Assurance SG-1800 Shield Generator for highest shield strength.
For weapons the build uses 6x Vanguard Obliterator Autoprojector as it's the best non-turret particle beam weapon. For the other weapon slots 3x Obliterator 250MeV Alpha Turret and 4x Disruptor 3320 Neutron Turret were used as these are the weapons with the highest sustained DPS in the game that even can achieve this while underpowered.

As the build does not need to fully power the turrets, it has enough power to support 4x White Dwarf 3015 Engines which allows a total mass of 1020 before mobility drops below 100. This mass budget was used for 270 fuel which is enough to reach any system in the game with the Astrodynamics player skill and without having to rely on the Astrodynamics crew skill. Also some cargo, shielded cargo, Scan Jammer - Multi-Frequency, ComSpike and 2x Conduction Grid were added to the build.
The build has the dimension 17x17 (34x34) which allows the ship to land on small landing pads. The interior of the 1x1 hab and the Ares bridge has enough space to add all workbenches or other interior elements. The corners of the Ares bridge are fully accessible including Armillary, Captains locker and Cargo hold.
