For anyone wanting to farm NG+ and use the cutter method just a tip, the laser and heavy weapon skill count towards it in the combat section

That’s actually so cool that they added that. Probably made it to where you couldn’t save because it would probably bug later runs in a regular universe. It just makes the multiverse possibilities really unique

I just got a version where Sam's daughter is in Constellation with a bunch of spacers and tries to kill you. Once again it was a run where you couldnt save or change weapon. What you should have done in your run is just hold F to pickup a gun on the floor and use it.

Bro I don't think that's a bug, on my third run I couldn't open the inventory too so I got stuck using my fists. However for me, everyone in the lodge was just kids, that was hilarious. I think Bethesda has created the best NG+ mechanic I've ever seen in a game.

Just so you know, there are a few weapons you can collect at the beginning of every run, in the basement of "The Lodge". (first room in the basement on the walls)

i'm farming NG+ and i found out the UC distribution center always sells a Beowulf, it uses 7.77mm ammo wich you have by aboundance everywhere and deals 90+ damage it really ease the farming by a lot

The inventory thing was a bug. The strange universe was not a bug. Since you are going into an alternate reality with each hop into the multiverse things can randomly get strange. This didn't happen to me until my 11th new game+. When I went to the lodge for the first time. Andreja and several Serpent cult members were standing over the bodies of the constellation members. Apparently in that universe Andreja was a Serpent cult member and she betrayed/killed the rest of constellation for the artifacts. After killing them I received most of the artifacts with the quest for the final 6.

This was the most informative video I've found thus far, but it's all over the place and left me still confused about multiple things

Mk6 is the best ship. 10th playthru gives the best spacesuit. It's all black like the Hunter's armor. Also, since you are traveling into a new universe with each hop things start to get strange after new game+ 11 and beyond. Remember, in the multiverse anything that can happen, does happen. Example, in one of my playthroughs the Serpent cult had just finished killing all the members of Constellation.

Big help, on my 3rd run atm and you are right med kits and ammo are the true hassle.

With the 4th "glitched" run maybe you could've done the hold 'E' to equip on a dead enemy's weapon? And if you were looking for a cutter maybe you could've found one of the cutter crates and done the hold 'E' to equip?

I think whatever triggered the event... glitched the UI, probably because if its so rare, it wasnt tested during normal QA (like a flag still thinks your in a cutscene). I domt think its meant to be hardmode, just an instance to recognise that your redoing NG+ so often

I’m in new game plus 6 I encountered the “challenge universe” with no save or inventory. But I encountered an evil version of me who killed the constellation members. Edit: I made it to new game plus 9 and found a starborn version of Cora Coe who wanted to kill me, because a version of me killed her dad Sam.

Omg!! I’ve completed this 5x on game plus but I only have 2 powers and only one of them upgrades when I finish game plus. I need to look for temples now

IF your given the cutter, bringing it up or being equipped is super easy... turn on your scan tool, then hit trigger and the cutter will be equipped and be available to be used... Banner also has an option of arrows on the ground leading you to your destination active Quest or Mission. Something not one person mentions

The multiverse you version, I feel like they disabled the inventory and save on purpose. I feel like it’s kinda a Easter egg, but since everyone in constellation disappeared, they don’t want you to progress the story, so you will need to reload an old save to start the new game plus again

Another thing that's worth farming in each NG+ run are the magazines. You keep all bonuses from previous runs and the magazines from the new run may have new perks they didn't before. This isn't true of ALL magazines though as they all draw from a perk pool associated with that particular magazine type and you may end up exhausting that perk pool, in which case the magazine will be blank, but you do need to go through the game multiple times to get all the bonuses.

If you pull up scanner and click trigger I usually pulls out the cuter regardless if you have it equipped I haven’t had the cuter equipped since start and I use it via scanner

Wouldnt be surprised when the mods roll out to see one for changing NG+ challenges. Don't think the no inventory orweapons was really a glitch, but I dont think anyone will know untill we can dig into the files. Would be nice to make a mod where you keep the rest of your inventory.

You might be able to force that alternative "you-niverse" by reloading and finishing over and over again.

that scene happened to me after my third play through. I had no inventory and couldn't save. instead of duplicates I had Walter and soldiers. Walter said I had to buy the artifacts and that a previous Walter told him that I would be arriving soon. I also had to reload a save before I entered the unity and then back at the lodge I met Sarah again and everything was normal.

I think they throw in those rogue-like-esque? Universes just for funsies, someone else said they got a different scenario on a 3rd playthrough where they couldn’t use the inventory or save. Just to keep things fresh so you’re not bored rinsing and repeating (just a theory)

THANK YOU!!! At last someone who did NG+ more than once. The problem is that I love Powerplay and I tent to do it at least 5 times with all powers upgraded. I was wondering what could be the limit.

i actually got a universe where the hunter was at the lodge in the beginning and he gave me all constellations artifacts

What I plan on doing is speedruns of the game (skipping the main quest) on every even playthrough - I'm on my first playthrough now at level 31, intending to finish all the side quests I can. Then the first ng plus I'll speedrun. Second ng plus I'll do the quests and side quests completely. Third speedrun, fourth full, etc

I wonder if we can get whole crew of constellation replaced with adoring fan in ng+, that would be a nightmare 😂

Just started my 5th run I got the different armor but constellation is still there seems like just a newer looking armor but I didn’t get the strange anomaly with different versions of yourself also I can still save and access my inventory

Its one of the easter eggs, i had one with evil me and no inventory. Ship upgrade stops at 6th reset and suit at 10th.

I'm in that multi self universe now, have collected several artifacts using particle beam and elemtal pull.

Hopefully you see this, after the first new game plus my intro to constellation was different and I was wondering if it ever asks you to do the main quest after the first new game +

Just got a variation where Walter is the only one surrounded with guards but he demands you pay 100k for the artifacts.

i am already happy with what we got in new game plus but it sucks you lose the gear on you and the ship you use,i hope with future updates they wil let us keep whats we have on us plus our main ship.

i usualy go directly to the first artefact without gun or anything, it's so easy... the only thing i buy in those runs is a good shotgun after the first artefact, when i got some stuff to sell from the first mission ;) then just Doom my way throw with the shootgun... enemies dont stand a chance XD most of the time i dont even need med kits..

If I wasn’t upgrading my powers I would easily reach the next ng+ in an hour or less

When in new game plus are the artefact’s on random planets or are some still connected via missions, assuming you’ve chosen to skip the main mission quest line

Does the difficulty matter for repeat runs? Like will the armor and ship still be better than previous run if I play on very easy

i just had a run on my the start of my 3rd new game where i had the no save/inventory/save 'bug' or whatever, but Andreja was waiting in the lodge and i had to kill her. I wanted to romance her this playthrough so i decided to die and reload save and now its back to just Sarah and everyone, strange.

If i collected only 5 powers, will the rest of the powers also get an upgrade when i get to the Unity or its just the five?

My 6th was me, i murdered constellation. I had no inventor or save too... but i found a trick. My gungfu wS better than other mes gungfu. Gaved me artifacts sara normally guves after u collect 10 the go to meet the brothers. Was cool and all but the no save scared me so i only raged a few temples that run

I got a cutscene where corra was there and saying I let her dad die. I explained it wasn't me and she was crying saying she got the wrong one "again". She just gives you all the artifacts and leaves. But my game crashed and I haven't been able to get the cutscene back.

Are the temples the same every time? I.E. I can just level up the same, for example, 5 powers over and over without having to collect the rest? Only the artifacts matter for story purposes, right?

How do enemy levels increase in NG+ ? Do they increase only in the first run or for each one?

I hear it was max 15 times you can do ng plus but there isnt a max lvl so it could be unlimited are there will be more update to thus game later but one thing is sure there is a reason why they didnt put a cap on levels

Each encounter is random and probably will be different every now and then for everybody

bro, I just had a weird new game+ but it wasnt the weird one you had lol. Sarah was a plant, and i started talking to her and then Noel came down and asked me why I'm talking to a plant lol EDIT: and everyone is retired lol EDIT2: and now I have to use the eye myself to locate the temples xD

Ya thats definitely not a glitch but the weapon system is a bug and not sure about the save im working on my third run so i guess we will see

Question for creator of the video or anybody in the thread - Are we unable to save file right before we enter unity, so we don’t have to reload file at boss fight, to skip past this strange universe? Or forgive me if I missed it, we’re unable to b/c the strange universe spawns/happens at the boss fight? Not being able to access inventory or save file would be highly annoying & I’d like to avoid if possible!

First of all, bloody good effort on fist fights and no saves. That took balls of granite mate. Lol I believe there’s a surprise in new game 10+, so maybe your game glitched and you got cutscene for 10+. Maybe. Second, you suits are completely different to mine. I’m on NG 3+ and my stats are different and the perks you get from your suits are different. Also have you tried to do a mission exactly like you did before. The bank job had 2 completely different outcomes even though I used the same dialogue as before. Even used a buff on persuade like before, and I had to kill the robbers to save the customers, which was cool. I’m just about to turn level 100 and get ready for my 4th play through. The hunter said he’d collected a fragment from someone, missed the talking, but I’ve not been to that weird collector in the plunked out space tracksuit , so maybe he did that mission. So the inventory is definitely a glitch I couldn’t either but you can go to your ship cargo and access your inventory that way, that’s how i know its a bug. If its not a bug how can you access inventory through cargo. As far as the clones that might be real

so your powers don’t get stronger when you skip campaign and just them severn pieces at the end and ng+

So if you choose one, you will always have to kill the other in the new game plus?

So there is no way to have all the different variants of star born armours on display because every time you enter the unity it changes to the next up?

Im missing the supernova power and cant figure out how to get it 23/24 on powers. Vlad no longer gives me locations and Ive completed the campaign without jumping to unity. Only missing this one and cant figure out how to get it any suggestions?

I don't it's a glitch. At the start of my second new game. Andreja was waiting at the Lodge, with a group of those snake worshipers. And they attack and killed me. Do to me also being locked out of Items and save menu.

so when im on a NG+5 and my temple power is on NG+2 and i find a temple, they dont go automatically on NG+5? They just grow +1?
