@@cbkCDhave to be a vasto lorde and then after unlocking full res you need to grip 35 people that are in their mode. Apparently it may be 20 grips now but you can also grip arrancars in full res

Not stages but segunda you need vasto lorde and 35 grips with people that are in their volt,ressurection or bankai
