SISTAR came from a scuffed era of kpop, where there was no celebrity treatment and rampant prejudice. I think one of the members talks about the difference from back then to now in an interview (which made me tear up a little). SISTAR literally came from a no-name company and built themselves from the ground up. I will never forget them.

Huhuhu I miss them. I miss the old K-pop, wherein everyone can listen to a song without bragging about popularity or views, it doesn't matter what fandom they belong. There was no toxic and immature fans. Back then when Idols can actually sing and talent isn't based on visuals. Even the live performance are raw vocals but nowadays it's all about choreography. It just shows that I'm already old, been a K-pop fan since 10 yrs ago 😢

Idk is it just me or do I not see why everyone is so up in arms about line distribution? Like are we really expecting anything different from Starship? No hate, but they know what they're doing. Hyorin is one of the top vocalists in Korea and I guarantee they get more sales with Hyorin taking charge with more lines than if they suddenly switch her lines to Soyou etc. Bora's rap this title song already has more impact than their last couple comebacks, and Dasom has plenty of lines + screen time from what we're used to. I like this comeback a lot. It's like Alone + Give it to me with a rock feel because of the guitar.

I've never listened to SISTAR albums apart from "ALONE" but I really love their title tracks. Hyorin voice is seriously world class and in my opinion the best of female idols (and Ailee). If this song goes to no.1 it will be their 8th no.1 (equalling SNSD) what an achievement for SISTAR and Starship! I love the song, it's fun mature and not too westernised, a real korean song not just a translated western song. I hope it gets to the top spot!!

They're a group of super talented girls, and they have their own vocal powerhouses (many may know Yeonjung from Produce 101 and IOI). They're in need of support right now! This was their last "full" comeback and they went all out for it. It's also satisfying how the whole song hasn't aged badly at all, which is very easy in pop songs because sometimes trends lead to songs good only for the moment. This song is still so catchy. (Lonely was a "goodbye" comeback)

First of all, Hyolyn is a goddess and I loved the MV, for the first time in a while I actually like a MV, I loved the asian concept. Unfortunately the new MVs and the artists with their styles and lyrics are really directing towards the american style, which is cool, but I`m missing them being themselves, being their culture, I love to see a balanced mix of both, now that`s just my opinion.

Out of the girl groups who debuted around 2009-2011, I think SISTAR are the ones that will stay strong as a group. I honestly thought the same as most people before, about Starship focusing in Hyorin but man, Soyou got her time to shine since GITM era. She has been rocking the collabs ever since. Maybe they didn't focus on her on this comeback because they have plans for her in the near future and they don't want to overwork her? Overall, Dasom got her chance to shine this year as well. With the drama and the parts she has in this comeback. And I've seen a lot of photoshoots for her lately. About Bora, I'm not quite sure since she's the one who's always in the variety shows that are not my interest, but I'm sure her visuals and dancing are killing it. I really hope they have something prepared for Soyou soon :) She's my favorite and her voice during fall/winter is a bless and very soothing.

I know it won't make a difference or anything, but I just want to say that I am so thankful for these girls. Sistar was my first girl group that I stanned and genuinely loved each and every one of them, only becoming a Star1 in about February of 2016. Even though I only got to be a fan for a bit over a year when they were active, I'm still so proud of all the achievements they made and all the lessons they taught. In the time of stanning them, they taught me to not compete with other women but to look out for each other, they taught me to stick up for myself and be confident in my choices despite it not being what's popular. Though they deserved so much better in their years, they set lessons and became legends in the years that were given to them. Sistar may be disbanded, but I'll never stop being a Star1 and will endlessly support them in their solo activities. Thank you fellow star1s and thank you sistar ♥
