We've had good luck with the Sam's lifetime tables ( other places sell them but the quality is alot different ). We use construction caulking to the bottom of the table to the frame to beef them up, but I've had them last 15 years easy and no sanding. We power wash the every couple years ( both sides ) but just a wipe down everytime and they have worked out real well! If anyone needs a video how we do it just but let us know!

Also we add extra screws to the frame to plastic, they are light and stack well

I'm really considering starting a table and chairs rental company (eventually adding tents). My husband will stay at his full time job, I'm a stay at home mom right now. This business would mainly be my baby, hubby could help occasionally but not really. Question I have is do you think this could be a 1 woman job for the tables and chairs in the beginning? (We used to have a car hauling trucking business where I helped load cars on the trailer, ratcheted the tires down, etc. And I'm an army veteran, so I definitely know how to work lol...) Or do you suggest me hiring a helping hand from the get go? I feel like it might be hard to find someone with the hours being so inconsistent in the beginning. Also have no idea what I'd pay someone. Another question is do you just unload the tables and chairs and the client sets them all up or do you all set them up as well? Thanks for all the content! I've been watching tons of your videos!

Hi, I think it’s a great business to get into. If you start out with plastic tables, it can be easier and a one person job. It can also with wood, but they are way heavier! I would suggest getting moving dollies and bringing them along for deliveries. You can unload onto them, and wheel right into the venue. For back yards, you’ll still have to carry. Chairs can go on movers dolly as well. We just drop off they set up. If they want us to set up, we require a simple diagram the week before (no “this goes here, that goes there, etc....takes way to long.). And we charge .35 per chair and 1.00 per table and the same if they want us to break it down.

I think many parties are 50-100 people. So 10 tables and 100 chairs is a good start. Allows you to do one big party a weekend or a few smaller ones.

A bunch of companies make carts for round tables. But they font really work on grass. Same thing for the long tables. We also use 2 movers dollies under a stack of long tables to move them in hard surfaces.

Awesome warehouse. Do you rent chairs as well? I thought if you rent tables the chairs are included.

I rent chairs. Lots of them. Everything I priced individual because not every part is the same. Some people only need chairs, some just tables, some both.

Delivery fee on every order. If they want set up we charge.

For kids adjustable tables, I was planning to invest in lifetime tables. What do you suggest? I haven't come across adjustable wood tables.

Me neither. Lifetime or another plastic one is the only way to go adjustable. You buy dedicated wood tables for kids.
