Start's very own Michael Davies is starring in a new short film which reveals that seasonal food is not only better for the environment, cheaper but also mind-bogglingly delicious.
To highlight the issue, Start sent team member, and G-list celebrity Michael Davies on a journey of discovery to unearth just what is meant by seasonal food, and why we should be buying, cooking and eating it.

Go straight to the farm. Sponsor the farmer. And grow your own vegetables! Pick fresh. You can eat the best from your own garden. And you know which of your vegetables and fruit grow at the moment. And this video is one of the worst promotions of seasonal foods. I am sorry. It definitely shows how less in touch the UK is with the seasons and nature.
