In mega evolution Alain's charizard is the strongest charizard and CIBOL blastoise is the strongest blastoise of all time who defeated strongest mega charizard , but Alain mega charizard is only the strongest mega evolve charizard not the strongest charizard but overall he is the second strongest charizard of all time but the strongest charizard is Leon's charizard with the strongest pyinomina of pokemon , gigantamax and he is the world champion's charizard aswell so he is the strongest charizard and CIBOL mega blastoise can't defeat the strongest charizard but the strongest mega evolve charizard and the second strongest charizard of the pokemon history.
