​@EverSnaxolotl nah, the problem is the crafting system. As a f2p player you have to hope you somehow pull the necessary legendaries for your deck. Otherwise you have to get rid of everything to craft them since they are so expensive to. Catch up packs have helped with this problem, but nowhere near solved the issue.

Maybe the complains are from long term average players which are most people. Even if we spend 50 euros on launch. Only gives 2 golden legendaries. Not enough to make 1 meta deck unless dust everything. Sure quests/ free gold gives some random legendaries. But still means 0 meta decks to play. People don't mind to spend 50 euros, but it feels like a waste.

@@N3mdraz if your a "long term player" that has no cards then your just not playing so you cant complain when you don't get the rewards that you did not earn now if you wanna be like me and have every card nearly on launch then yeah you gotta p2w but that should not be expected

@@N3mdraz yeah its not, i play hs for basically 9 years, on and off depending on the meta and the time i have and i have no problem at all spending nothing and having multiple decks to climb with

The problem with decks now are they're so much more expensive. Highlander decks especially since you only can have one of each card they're going to require more epics and legendaries to be good.

People complain because they are big dumbasses who can't manage their resources properly and forget that they got tons of it wasted when there are massive card nerfs and track rewards, plus the dailies, which new players didn't get at all.

@@AleMaciel01 Key takeaways, every expansion pack has a 1/10 chance of guaranteeing a legendary from that set until you open 10 packs in which case its guaranteed. Golden Packs are a waste of money unless you're whaling, even then its not for dust, its for farming Signatures which have an intentionally increased pull rate in Golden Packs. Do not buy standard packs after you get your guaranteed legendary from the first 10 packs. I buy them, but I don't give a shit what I pull personally. Packs have legendary copy protection, meaning that until you open every single legendary in a set you will not open another copy of a legendary from that set unless it's golden/signature. Do. Not. Waste. Gold. You need 2000 for the Mini-Set which always releases half-way in the expansions lifespan. Once you have 2000 gold feel free to spend the excess on packs. The value from the Mini-Set is exponentially higher than 20 packs unless you get insanely lucky, but if you're a gambling addict its your own fault so be warned. People will tell you the game is expensive, they don't play the game. Aggro is king, every aggro deck has an average cost of 7000-8000 dust, you will farm the majority of bad players still wasting dust on garbage Renethal piles. You can build those, but build cheaper decks for a few classes first to make it easier to get your 3 win dailies. Additionally keep track of the best decks through Hearthstone Top Decks or HS Replay, this way you can get a general idea of what everyone is playing. The main reason you want to do this is because once you get better and once you get into the higher ranks people stop playing trash and you really need to be ready to swap your deck out to have a better play against the best decks in the format. Unless you hate yourself, in which case you do you. Also, don't dust cards used in the best decks, especially if they're legendary with especially toxic gameplay loops. They may get nerfed and if they do you can dust them for full dust.

Whales? If you spend an average of $10 a month and just complete the weekly quests, you can easily have a ton of options. So no, it's not a "big issue".

I've held a belief for a while that they should just give every player whatever they offer to new accounts. It'd be a one-and-done deal, it's not like we'd be constantly getting free stuff or anything, it'd just be fair, in my view. And new/returning players can still have the Catch-up pack 50 card value, we don't particularly need that, but I wouldn't mind getting the packs at least.

Tutorials are there to teach *mechanics*. The gameplay and game is learnt as you play it (deck building, strategy, etc...)

@@chadgamer6942 they use algorithms to determine your matchmaking as well your card draw. I bet your dumb enough to believe in actual RNG. Did you know you have a social credit score in hearthstone? Does Google/you tube/Facebook use RNG or algorithms to always give you certain ads, specific posts catered to you. Do you really get a 50/50 ratio of 4 or 6 cards drawn at the start of a game? Stop being an ignorant fool and realize you are always being manipulated.
