First of all, please apna khyal rakhiye brother. ♥️ & then please suggest or make a video about how to tune a carb after changing piston size from std size to 0.25 or from 0.25 to 0.50. Or how many turns to open/close the afr mixture screw. My factory setting of carb was 1.8 turns from full tight position. But I have changed piston size to 0.25. Please take a reference of Honda Shine or a similar 125 cc engine. Thanks for making such useful videos.👍

Hi jeet is bike ke silencer se smoke aa raha hai after start..meri FZ16 after servicing jab first start hoti hai tab white smoke deti hai fir nahi dikhta white smoke kya cyinder kit/valve seals issue hoga???

It was maintained very well. Idled pretty well starting after 3 long years. And the condition of cylinder isn't that bad as it is giving very little smoke only on full throttle(I don't think you should do that though because the oil is 3 year old too😬). I think an oil change to top quality oil will definitely help and judging by the good sound of engine, I don't think an overhaul is necessary.

Bro suggest the owner of this vehicle to get a new wiring harness for this RTR . Complete peace of mind . It may cost under ₹ 3.5k ( original tvs part or if you can find the wiring harness manufacturer's new product through part number mentioned in old tag then it will cost even less in local auto parts store ) . Waiting for new video . Till then take it easy . Comment section walo ko hamesa rush lagi re ti hai !

My friends rr 310 shuts off while riding also doesn't start sometimes. It takes takes time to start again like an hour or so what's the issue when i checked battery it's was 12.76 / 13.67 (engine on). What is the issue is it the battery or the fuel pump etc. It needs time to start once it shuts off. Self is working also the instrument cluster, headlight, indicator. We left the bike at showroom yesterday when they started it, it worked like a charm so they didn't do anything when we took the bike back home it stopped in middle like 5.15pm we parked aside it started again at 6.06 pm and we went home. What's the issue?? Fuel pump?? Relay?? Fuel injector. They didn't diagnose anything they just ordered fuel pump because i told that's the problem. What do u think bro i should tell them to change fuel pump/throttle body??

Fuel pump could be an issue as they can stop working due to overheating (malfunction) Let the service centre people replace it and update me afterwards

@@JeetBhaskar thanks bro , so no fuel injector problems and other relay etc stuff to work on?? And also it's works fine for sometime (maximum 26km) and shutts off and once i off my bike from 5 km ride it's doesn't start again i need to wait for an hour or so

@@JeetBhaskar Any point of contact of yours so that I can clarify few doubts that I have on my bike as it’s old but maintained very well .But due to improper service done at honda caused few problems to bike .For example front break master cylinder .Very bad job done by honda service due to which it’s outer part is loosing its paint and when I opens it I found full junk in it.Please provide your point of contact so that I can discuss my doubts and how should I proceed
