The mistery lever at 9:30 has 2 positions,one is for work and the other one just to drive on the street

Lever at the side of backhoe controls opens the hydraclamp to side shift the arm ... the other will be a boom lock

Best place to leave it, they are a pig of a thing, see's a wet patch or any wet ground it gets bogged, to big & heavy.
