While I was able to start brazilian jiu-jitsu at a very young age, I am well aware that most of my students start at a much older age.
In this video this week, I am talking to the ~30 year old individual who is going to try brazilian jiu jitsu for the first time. It can be an intimidating experience and I hope that I am able to answer all your questions you may have!
