In today's video, I'm sharing my current situation. I've been feeling unwell lately due to some health issues. For a decent lifestyle, three things are crucial: good work, which I have; good food, with homemade food being the healthiest; and good health, which I struggle to maintain these days. So, my brother and I decided to start going to the gym and begin a proper exercise routine to get fit.
It's been three days, and I'm sharing my gym experience so far. I'm talking about how I feel, the fun moments with my brother, and the challenges of getting back into a gym routine after a decade.
