Good question and I’ve never seen that on a mobile street cart before. maybe at the mall they require that but I couldn’t see anybody carrying around a sink on their mobile cart like that. Thanks for asking

Thanks for the motivation. I went out and started selling italian ice yesterday. Though i wasnt as professional as you i still managed to sell. I submitted my plans to the health department but didnt pass. What it be possible to get a copy of your plans so i can get a better idea of how it should look? I asked the health inspector but she said she cant tell me what to put down if i fail my next attempt i will have to pay more money. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks again for the motivation.

dothedoword what state u in? My state (nj) doesn’t require me to write down my plans u have to go get your background check first and then u pay for inspection and permit and boom your ready to go but the process for that can take up to 2 months

@@dothedoword California is very strict on food trucks! The health department requires you to have a commissary and a place to plug in, if it's a truck. Even as a cart vendor, many counties require a hand washing station (with Hot water)... If handling money and food you really should have a place to hand wash. Notice Tito didn't have a sanitation sink. If you sell novelty ice cream and ices usually most states don't require a wand wash sink. Talk to other health departments, they vary from state to state and county... Good luck!

Some carts are electric mine wasn’t so I used ice to keep it cool but they have dry ice which is better
