Your dinner looks fantastic! Quick tip, to help caramelize onions without burning, add about a tablespoon of water to your pan. Keep adding small amounts or water as it evaporates until your onions are nice and soft.

Remi, when your onions get burned like that, add a splash of water into the pan, it will deglaze it, giving it a lot more flavor, and also making the cleaning easier! 😊

To clean the grill you can use a can of sprite and stainless steal scrubbing pad to clean it off. Make sure your grill is on (not to hot though) I use to do it when I worked at a restaurant
