That’s weird because I’m going to orientation on Monday and they pay for the flight and hotel so I don’t know why they told you that

To the best of my knowledge it's around 90 days (3 months), but I have heard from some people that it could go back a little further, im not 100% sure.

In training you are only making around $620 a week. It's not the best, but at least you're getting something. From what I've been told most companies don't pay you at all while you are training to get your cdl.

Phase 1 while you're going to the school is like $615ish a week before taxes.

@@thebeardedpaddler just now seeing ur comment the recruiter is supposed to go through the documents with you it’s through doc u sign with other things I even took part of blame while on the phone with a woman from higher ups she apologized that the recruiter didn’t go through that with me over the phone and for the entire experience she said If I came back I would get 1200 dollars and fleet of choice and breach of contract would be thrown out

@@thebeardedpaddler and respectfully of course doc u sign basically takes ur initials and applies it to the lines I suggested it should be a physical document with all the 100 of pages you sign in orientation day 1 the instructors actually go over the paper work they know if they do that people will walk out day 1 and these companies know rookie drivers and majority of people are excited to start work we almost never actually read the paper work and that’s on me but that’s odd you would put that in a digital form that applies auto sign to lines instead of a physical document

@@Zay_05 you got to take responsibility for this though. Most companies (trucking or not) use docusign. It is not an excuse to claim ignorance for a document you electronically signed. Fulfill your obligation, work hard, and earn.

@@thebeardedpaddler just now seeing this I’m earning my guy lol it’s just odd a company would make you sign a contract when they offer nothing different from other companies that company is in shambles they had drivers sitting at home for almost a month after employment with no pay
