Andy Stanley has great programs. These sermons teach the imperative foundation, the meat and potatoes, of how to go about good versus bad choices that effect both our, and other lives, here on Earth. The profundity of navigating our free will in order to be in alignment with God’s will is specified- it’s broken down in detail, with the 5 W’s of “Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How”. In using a mixture of Biblical scripture and the very observation of thousands of years of human life that we all experience (which repeats itself, it’s what the Holy Books try to teach us in advance) we’re able to see the lesson and how to apply it ourselves. I wish I could’ve seen these videos a couple decades ago, I’ve always had faith in God and been prayerful, I “tried” to read the Holy Books but didn’t understand much of it. I’ve paid some ugly consequences. Although, “knowing better” doesn’t always mean we do better without having particular resources, such as inner strength, discipline, and other attributes we only gain through experience, the very lives God gave us. Someone could’ve told us (2D) and we still fall in the trap until we get the 3D experience we gain after going through it. Adam and Eve needed to learn how to be in the Garden and follow God only, not be detoured by any other thing telling them to go against the rules. The still, small voice of God we have to learn how to hear, and TRUST that we ARE hearing God…then we have to learn how to align our actions with that Divine instruction. The scriptures are the written guide, in case we don’t “get it”, we can find the answers there. These are videos are great for any Believer, but also atheist, anyone who questions why or how there is God yet so many “bad things” happen. Andy does a great job of showing what Christ came here to teach, why to have compassion for one another and not judge, but instead help, learn one teach one.
