Welcome to the Soole Garage! This is episode #22 on my 70 Chevelle restoration. In this episode I paint and color sand the doors, hood and trunk. Also I apply splatter paint to the inside of the trunk! Don't forget to subscribe to make sure you don't miss the next episode!

Your results look great but that 1/4 " NPT fitting is for tools and is holding back that excellent paint gun. Get an HVLP air fitting set.

Question about the trunk splatter paint did / do you have to clear coat over your application. Thanks looks good I enjoy the Chevelle videos lol probably because I have one.

I did not clear coat it but I am thinking about it. The paint adheres great and looks good. We will see how durable and waterproof it is. Is your Chevelle a project or running/driving?

@@soolegarage driver ….. mostly day 1. The last owner painted it a light gray? So looking to get it more correct. Your very talented and me well 5 out of 10 maybe, so my project is making the car mine with changes to things I don’t like. Thanks for answering the trunk question!
