The light side Vader looked like Darth Helmet

I watched this not long ago was rewatching Vader ep. 1 and this popped up next it was Awsome!! Been binge watching fan films since the 4th. Wish I could one day be a Jedi in one LOL. My favorite part was when Lightside Vader/Anakin was speaking with Vader and the were going back and forth quoting the Jedi Code and the Sith Code! It’s really great really well done. Did not see the deleted scene btw that was pretty cool.

I agree about the costumes though for Vader. One is great the other is eh. But still Awsome. I feel like he may have bought the cheaper looking version first and as money was raised/donated he got a better one

I feel like the Vader costume also works best on someone who can fill it out better. I don't know so much that the other Vader costume was lesser, it seemed more like the person inside just didn't have the shoulders for it. I could be wrong, but that's what I was seeing. Otherwise, fantastic job. And you are right, Vader should never talk that much. It definitely takes away from his menacing presence.

This was some awesome work and I wish there was this amount of passion in the new films and shows they’re releasing. I have to say though, the chat’s names for the second Vader had me dying 😂 and the destruction of the X-Wing when it was jumping to hyperspace was a highlight for me.

They got a lot right with this fan film, though I feel like things took a nose dive the moment Vader reached planetside. Aye, the overall plot was good but there was too much of an unnecessary 'Snyder' vibe throughout, like Vader's walk with the surf behind him. Just felt out of place and rarely did they transition well to scenes at normal speed. I mean, I'm no editor, but I would have cleaned things up where after Vader evaluates the wreckage of the downed X-Wing, he's immediately drawn to the temple ruins in the distance and goes there with zero distractions, namely the execution of the nameless mother and child, which felt like needless fluff to drag in a death trooper cosplayer. But aye, despite my issues with it, it's still a decent fan creation. Always great seeing fans show passion, even with the franchise in its current state.

Yeah this is a really good fan film glad you finally caught this, I'm telling you man these fan films including your own are significantly better than these million dollar studio movies. Can't wait for the Vader episode 2. By the way I was wondering what would you think of a fan film of Vader vs Revan or even Nihilus? Yes I know that they're in different era's, but still how do you think Vader compares to either Darth Revan or Nihilus, is Vader weaker than the planet draining Nihilus or Revan who is an absolutely a beast in the Kotor games, both Revan and Nihilus are said to wipe the floor with Vader, according to these fans that do extensive research before giving their two cents. You're the best Star wars channel around my boy in my opinion what are your thoughts on this?

That started off like every Disney Star Wars series. It came in hard and then I just flopped at the end. I’m really not gonna lie that second Vader killed it for me but really did it for me. Was that boot buckle that darth was rocking

Would be very difficult to pull off right, but somehow, someway, if we could get Natalie Portman to actually play a vision Padme that says more cleaned up versions of these lines to Vader while he does terrible things, and Vader tries very hard to ignore it the whole time until it starts to really break him a bit, THAT is how this could be executed well. Also per proper cinematography, the tone of the scenes should be reflected in the appearance, trying to put Vader in such a lit area is not portraying the emotion as well as the goal here was.

I been wanting an Anakin lightsaber for God knows how long now but been nervous to get one between some prices and not so good reviews. But now I'm very confident in theory sabers and will finally be ordering one. Thank you for everything you do and for taking others enjoyments in a product so serious. Im very sure it won't be the last saber i get through your sabers,let yhe collections begin

I'm sorry but why on earth did they use a cheap suit for the scene where Vader was talking to himself at the temple? I was assuming it was because they were both going to be in the shot fighting at some point, which they where but every time the cheaper looking Vader spoke he was the only one in the shot, it was just shot-reverse-shot with two Vaders so why not use the good suit and have the cheaper suit be the one in the foreground blurred out? The different positions of the characters in the scene and the difference in the dialogue would've been enough to tell us who is who. Other than that the effects were great and I enjoyed it.

Man the first half was so amazing and had so much potential. Some of the wonky acting, questionable story telling in the second half, and that “Darth Helmet” costume from space balls 😂😂😂 7/10. Great production quality.

If I were the X-wing pilots and knew that was Vader's personal fighter coming after me, I won't be able to hold my composure to evade and fight back half as long as they did.

The first half of the (Vader) fan film was better than the 2nd half. Still, they at least tried to capture the essence of what Star Wars is supposed to be. No doubt if they had the unlimited funds of Lucas Film/ Disney they'd have smashed it out of the park completely. Truthfully almost all fan films would since the fans know Star Wars better than the "pros" do at this point.

Disney has no fkn business touching starwars if this is that much better than anything they have come out with lately.
