No doubt about it! It had the best tone & action sequences by far, everything was way too goofy & campy after this. My only complaints about this one is the crappy CGI with a lot of the gore & then some of the shaky cam during the action sequences, wish Mickey Rourke would’ve been in it more too.

Gunner was one scary, crazy & dangerous SOB in the first film. Wish they wouldn’t have turned him into such a goofball in the sequels.
