Я люблю слушать гимн Латвийской ССР. С одной стороны эта простая спокойная мелодия, с другой - простая и величественная. Эта один из красивейших гимнов, не только в пост-ссср но и во всем мире.

The good thing about most of the individual soviet republic anthems (including my home country’s one, this) is they don’t have much communist annotations aside from the typical sha-bang you expect in soviet anthems Personally I am opposed to this because occupation of the Baltics was illegal and I bet everyone singing it was just brainwashed by the cruel regime. Nice singers tho
