This remind me of the drama 1-2 month ago with limbus company(korean game by project moon) which might have been the fastest escalating of drama I have seen. If nobody know It start from a summer related event when one of the character that come out for that event didn't were a swimsuit but a body tightsuit and the some korean player base say the art director is feminist but the art director is a guy so they dig up some other employee old deleted feminist tweet 5-6 years ago and prussure the studio to fire the employee. Some korean people are really goes so hard on these agenda to the point where they tried to get someone fired for their past (They suceed by the way the employee is fired ).

Many people don’t understand limbus company situation You can not fire a employee like that in Korea. Law prevents from firing employee unless they cause terrible crime (like murder level stuffs). She was just free lancer who was working under contract. Company was free to decided to let go of her and that’s what really happened. You could feel and say that was unfortunate for her, but that’s why they always say, keep your social account hidden from the public, especially if you are working within these fields

As someone who is more aware of situation I thought I would share some information so people have more understanding of what’s going on I thought about making one during limbus company but I ended up stopping myself but this time around I wanted to make sure that isn’t not really what some people think

Ah, so this is what blew up in S. Korea gaming community a few days ago. I think the first time I'm hearing about this problem in S.K gaming community is from the whole debacle of Limbus Company

yeah but as i said in the video, this whole stuffs began couple years ago and just boiling water for a long time. but current fiasco has probably biggest impact to the industry itself since many gaming companies there are effected by them

i never thought these game industries take such extreme measure to this.. 😅 im against left/woke idea, but if one of my employee do that, i would just let them do whatever they want to do.. as long as they're not putting those subliminal symbol into my game, that one also quite idiotic move done by the radicals.. it's someone else money, you shouldn't put your agenda into it.. jesus 😂

@@inFAMOUSJakeyNot to be that guy but you could make the specific argument of "K*** all men" isn't free speech if the person is serious in the sentiment. It could be classified as a threat or trying to incite immediate violence in a U.S court and not subject to the 1st amendment. I think that's a stretch but you can make the argument. That being said yeah freedom of speech is super important because people should be allowed to express their stupid ideas in public just so they can be deconstructed and refuted in public.

@@Usernamesdontmatter1yeah actually announcement like that in social media can get you into trouble. There were couple people who announced they were going to hurt or kill others on social media and some people who actually went ahead and did it awhile I was in Korea. And police ending up with taking dramatic measures to stop the end to it so it’s definitely not okay and shouldn’t be the thing to say. But then again I think lots of people esp on Twitter all day long and gets away with it, unless they really really seems to be planning and showing they are doing / or do it. But 99% they are just bullshit with wall of text and never do it so.. lol
