please consider a little like and subscribe as I am a mother of a 5 children that needs to be fed...... Guide ; ( upgrade Missles to 10! wait until you unlock fast recharge / core destruction ! max it out as soon as soon as possible ! then go back again to the side skills of the missiles ! max all of them !) you don't even need to touch monkey shield Is trash !! compared to maxing missiles 1st

By "Monkey Shield" do you mean Suppressive Barrage--the one that "intimidates" the opposing Behemoth?

What do the side skills of missiles do? Those 6 small skills. Are they really increasing missile damage equal to Hunter attack/Rider attack/Infantry health?

Thank you for all your work Cat. Just wish this video was released sooner. I have all the larger nodes at the end at level 2, including the shield. Rapid fire on lv3. Larger nodes on top level 10. Smaller nodes in middle lv10. I guess it's not too late. I try and upgrade during the Glory event, so I can purchase the frags and batteries from the store. This will make it harder...lol

I figured the same thing. Those intermediate buffs add a few % each only. But the -turns skills give a huge average dps increase! Especially the first one reducing from 7 to 3. Over double! I built my monkey up to stomp weaker players. No point being 1% less embarrassed by a top tier rally lead by putting for example, a couple thousand batteries into behemoth damage protection, they still murder your monkey in 2 missiles and 2 lasers anyway. But being still able to kill bases with 5M+ troops is something I can still do

Ok so we are getting monkeys in a couple weeks and my alliance is mostly f2p or low spender doing research to help my members...so what's being said here is to focus on the missile skill and "cool down" before the first skill or the little skills along the tree correct? Thank you in advance

Damage to the enemy monkey first Then cool down ! Acttally cool down isn't a cool down it increases the damage of the missles So 1 core 1 charge etc Core to be maxed 1st tho

Because the enemy behemoth has died due the behemoth beam there is a after effect Burn for couple of turns So the game decided that enemy behemoth won't live to use the skill so his animation ended early

Sooo the conclusion is that missiles are op, maxing cooldown, hitting enemy monkey and primary skill is first priority, then rest of missile tree, and only then moving to shield and other skills?

Yup . If you are low spender i wouldn't bother much with shield I would go 4th skill But ftp might not reach 4th skill anytime soon Maybe 2 years or so

Dear Cat, As Always you deliver the knowledge I’ve been looking for. I would have never invested in the cooldown skills because in my mind my monkey was not strong enough for the cool down to even matter. I have saved ALL my materials because as you said it is HARD to get those fragments, I have over 2.5k batteries saved and finally know where to put them. Thank you once again Cat 🎉🎉🎉

I found upgrading Core Reinforcement helps my monkey survive a bit longer. Thoughts?

it does little really little but the missiles is what makes you win a rally or lose it ! . if you got to pick between maxing core and faster recharge ! pick faster recharge and core over reinforcement! unless you don't mind spending! but the whole shield thing is really weak as hell ! even at max ( fully max) it barely protects 10k of your army and so little of the monkeys health your final monkey health will be decided by the whole joiners and rally leaders monkey ! but you are a huge factor on your rally leader missile power!

Hi, I am trying to follow your guide. but I have a few questions. 1) Is it possible to reset monkey skills at a later date? 2) As it just came in there are all these tasks to complete to get resources to further upgrade and enhance the monkey.

Missles full . First skill 10 Then wait until you unlock final 2 skills Invest max on them Then do the rest of the missles Don't touch anything else

I've built my monkey similar to this video. Max Artillery + Rapid Fire bc of jump. Max Destructive Missile + Core destruction. I prefer to use recommended builds instead of random upgrades.
