I like Roxy much better. But I also took a break during Gen 4. Your frags should go to Julie for Gen 4. But just get Tyler frags from events.

so the skill books are useless for gen 4 or above heroes?

Yes, pretty much. So use your skill box on Gen 3 and under!

Just so everyone is aware, rally joiners skills no longer impact the rally. Also, the new combat system has made riders and hunters much less significant. Lots of infantry with high infantry stats will win against riders and hunters. Currently looking at 60-10-30 formations as optimal.

Yep, I actually like the new PvP system, but I hate this change, it is making the game simpler, which isn't always a good thing.

Game usually don't publish it, BUT, you can tell usually by their stats. The higher tier or generation heroes have much better stats.
