I will try your recommendation for lead and see how it goes. I tried the gold tree the first time it came out, since most of what I do is soloing buildings, but that didn't seem to do anything. Yesterday, I took from all 3 trees and I was a bit more impressed.

Wait for update of recommendation. They changed the way for talent tree. Previous node needs to be maxed to be able to continue

works good but you need to max previous skill to be able to progress to the next one. they changed that part.

Will have to redo - they changed it last RR that you have to max out previous node to unlock next... ofc it was not announced... So will redo the video :/
