Hello! This is Gawens of Cebuano 123. Finally, I have come up with this video featuring the Cebu South Harbor & Container Terminal Complex (CSHCTC). This is a Php 10-billion private port project with a size of 25-hectares in San Roque, Talisay City. A consortium Lucio Co of Puregold and Johnny Ng of Kudos Trucking Corp of Davao City. Its ok to make progress in Cebu. Dahil deserved an ng Cebu. Mahirap kung sa capital city mo lng ibibigay ang buong atensyon. Napakagaling ng Pangulo ng Pilipinas, hnd lng sa mga tagalog sya may malasakit pati na din sa mga kapwa bisaya. Halimbawa gerahin ang Maynila... Edi buong Pilipinas paralisado na, kaya mainam na alternative mega cities din sa bawat kapuluan. 💪

I'll just sprinkle my admiration of your drone shots. Because ... when its by Gawens of Cebuano 123, it's already a given - very nice and easy cinematic shots .. no jerky moves. Which is a big deal for me because I watch your videos in a big screen. And if there's jerky moves and "quickie" panning and pitching, it triggers headache to me. Now I'll just enjoy your musical scoring, quite unique I must say, and sets a very good mode while enjoying the drone shots. You really have a talent there man!

Thanks sir! So windy for days now....so difficult to take good drone shots. i'l wait for the winds to calm down than force a a jerky CCLEX upload. Good location for a container port, para di na moagi ang mga container ships sa ilawom sa mga bridges. What abt that other container terminal under construction in the north, somewhere in Consolacion or Liloan, padayon pa ba? Will these 2 projects intended to close the existing container port in pier 5 which is causing traffic jams in that area?

I also agree with you sir. The other port in tayud consolacion (NCICP) will push thru. Groundbreaking is scheduled mid of 2021, maybe there are are minor issues and delays but as far as I know, it is already a "go" project. 🙂

Funded by private.. Matagal na umaasa ang Gobyerno naten sa PPP.. Mula pa kay president FVR, GMA, PNoy, gang ngayon.. Ang magandang ginawa ng Administrasyong Duterte ngayon compared dati ay mas natutukan yung mga projects dahil sa BBB program kaya makikita mong maraming mga projects ngayon mas mabilis natatapos kahit may Pandemic... At saka marami din mga projects ngayon na funded by government compared dati..

Yup it's PPP.. Matagal na umaasa ang Gobyerno naten sa PPP.. Mula pa kay president FVR, GMA, PNoy, gang ngayon..
