My brain cannot comprehend how instead of simply removing the damage on the tank gap closers they *had* to make new gap closers with animations that are clunkier.

I think the pulls have 1 or 2 mobs sometimes to encourage people to do single targets rotations outside of only on bosses

The comment about DRG and Dragon Sight being gone "Not sure what to do with my hands" is the same feeling I have as NIN losing the need to upkeep Huton. Such a small change, yet I feel lost without needing to use it lmao

I think Tuliyolal is my favorite city at the moment. Bright, vibrant, energetic, and one of the best location tracks in the game!

My pc aio decided to stop working when Dawntrail releases because of course it does. Im glad i can induldge in DT at least this way.

I was so happy to get a group in crystal tower that was able to cheese Amon with carefully timed rezzes. It was fun as hell to pull it off 🤣 memorable glitch

Also agree about Wing and Glide, the delay is really annoying. I much prefer spineshatter dive. It felt super snappy.

At 1:24:00, y'all talked about the drop situation. I did mine on an under 100 follower sprout MSQ stream. I feel like letting everyone in the FFXIV directory participate lead to people who don't usually do Twitch streams seeing what's on the platform, even though they weren't regular watchers (as I am not, except for World First and the outbreak of drama.) Good for the little guys, for sure.

I love that DRG is sitll busy, but I hate mirage Dive the same way I hate Ninja's Meshui. Its just this random extra step that if you dont do it its a massive potency loss for no reason. This is less so on Ninja but Mirage dive its like, without the eyes to go into BotD, just remove it. On other notes tho, the dungeons are amazing. Absolutely love the bosses.

100% agree with this. I feel the exact same way. Mirage dive just feels like it doesn't belong anymore and I'd rather just get rid of it.

The funny thing is not pressing mirage dive isn't even that much of a loss. It's by far our weakest ability at 200 potency. Even Raiden thrust is something like 320. It's so unimpressive without being linked to life. They either need to give it some more synergy with the kit or buff its potency. Maybe even make it have aoe fall off like the other followups since DRG seems to be the followup job now

With the Syrcus Tower Glitch, I find it to be almost Divine Retribution to those that ONLY wanted that raid and forced it before. Going through their ‘Favourite’ raid only to find it near impossible. Those that did that before honestly deserve it.

Hey now, SMN isn't *that* bad. I'm still really enjoying it, as boring of an addition Solar Bahamut is the job still flows really well. Also, I really don't have problems with any of the names? But that might be explained by being part Native.

Loving the expac and it's themes of family, diversity, strength in numbers, unconditional positive regard, grief and loss. Just overall a great time. What they do with character setup at the beginning (that IS slow but it's a good thing) and delivers in the end is really good

The funny thing on the names pronunciation that sky brought up, i swear the dev team purposely gives us the name unvoiced and later will just to watch streams of people to see how they pronounce it XD Every time a brand new name came up a hour later they voiced it

Lol at least in Japanese it's generally pronounced how it's spelt with foreign words as opposed to our mutant Frankenstein language where they just add an O and 2 A's in there and hope you figure it out with 20 different possible pronunciations.

This community is so weird with spoilers. I don't like spoilers so I didn't watch anything until I completed the MSQ. This expectation that the entire world has to be careful to protect someone's experience while they go around clicking on every video they see is insane. If I get spoiled it's my fault, and only mine.

To Happy's point of "I can't be friends with anyone who doesn't like Jazz" People hatting Jazz music used to be, and in some places still is a dog whistle for white supremacy. As time has gone on it's transitioned to hip hop, then rap. I'm not say "Everyone who hates Jazz is a white supremist", but if someone seems over invested in a negative way in the choice of Jazz for the sound track, maybe ask if it's the genera they dislike, or the people who historically originated that genera.
