Hey my friend and thanks for checking out the latest auction video. And I was a little surprised when I got a call from the state about making a video. I thought it was a cool opportunity to check out the cars before anyone for the video, but I also got a chance to drive the cars that I was most interested in. With a little luck I'll come home next week with a brown Vic there, that I didn't include in the preview video. And I never thought of it before you mentioned it but yeah, I think you're right about these auction videos being nostalgic. I'm thinking the era of gasoline engined cars might be peaking. Anyways, thanks again, as always, for the comment and I appreciate that and you.

I'm wanting to do an update video once the auction ends and list the selling prices but I'm just not yet sure how to do it without using the same video footage.

I love the idea of taking that bus and making it a mobile gaming center. That would be wildly cool.

Thats a great point about the hood latch being closed, and no I didn't even look into it any further. Once I saw the call-out for the bad transmission along with the body damage, I just lost any interest I had for it.

@@hullinger You should always look for the why. Hoods are one thing that always have to close. It is a safety thing. if they don't it is a latch or it was hit so hard they don't line up. It didn't look like it was hit.

Nope, never did. I just ran out of time and had to split to be elsewhere. I was told that blue Vic was driven in and I didn't see any disclosures on known problems so I'm suspecting it's OK and just needs a battery.

So true my friend. More so now than even a few months ago. What's crazier is that everything I'm reading is saying car prices are trending downward right now. But..., not at this auction.

Its an internal timing chain driven water pump that can leak internally. I have replaced them before in 4 hours with $100 in parts.

@@mph5896 if your lucky to have that skill...most do not and a friend's wife's car is sitting in the driveway until they can afford the repair...unless you have a friend that can do it otherwise it's $$$

Ahhh, yes, that brown Crown Vic. I left that one out of the auction preview video on purpose. You will however get a better look at the car on the next auction video however since I was going to be bidding on that car.

I was thinking about your F100 the other day and I hate that you sold it but I hate even more that I wasn't the buyer. I loved everything about it especially that you were saw it through from beginning to end. Such a great project! As for me, I'm hoping to come home with a Crown Vic. There was a brown car that I didn't show that I really want. There is a rally on the east coast this coming March from my area to Florida for the Amelia Island car show. I'd love to make some mod's to the Vic, throw some vinyl graphics on it and light bar and driving it in the rally.
