I feel like this is sarcasm 😅 but this would absolutely help in a fight, being able to take a hit and not get knocked out it a much harder than it looks. Besides that, palm strike and open hand strikes are the safest way to strike without hurting yourself and I guarantee a well place palm strike will do more than a standard punch
