These stationary sprints are a great tool for your back health, to get a good core workout, if you have a lower body injury, or if you want to get energized & you’re feeling tired.
These can be done for 15-30 seconds on each side or longer.
To add more benefit, during the sprint you can visualize yourself meeting your goal, accomplishing your dream, or crossing a finish line in a race or in life. ❤️🏃🙏
