For the first time ever I was invited out to Australia to create a recap of a car show. That car show was know as Status Seasonal, or just Status. This was their first official show and I had the honor of covering it from my perspective. With the help of some now amazing friends, we gathered some of Melbourne's cleanest cars and created this short film showcasing not only the show but the city of Melbourne and its diverse car culture. I learned a lot while down there about their culture especially about how strict their driving and vehicle modification laws are. I'm surprised and proud of all the owners we filmed and were around, that despite these harsh rules and regulations they still carried on their love for the automotive culture. The way things work down there are much different from the states and theres nothing that motivates you to want to build a car and drive it because of those laws but Status hosting this show I think gave them just that. A place to show off their hard work and gather safely must of been a sigh of relief for all the owners and spectators. I greatly appreciate the hospitality of the entire Status crew and everyone that took the time to film with me while down there whether you're in this film or not, thank you. Melbourne was a gorgeous city, that if given the chance, I would 100% take that 25 hour trip again to create more content. Id love to spend more time in and around the city itself and really dive deeper into the culture. I hope you all enjoy the film and my brief look into the Australia car scene...(ya c*nts)
