You can enjoy the bath, sauna, and Yonaki-soba (free ramen) that are the charm of Dormy Inn to the cabin.
Then, for 1 night and 2 days, you can enjoy a normal, not special, Tokyo. Surprisingly, staying at a hotel like this is also fun.
