I stayed at "Hatoya Hotel" in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
Hatoya Hotel became famous for its commercial "If you go to Ito, call Hatoya Phone 4126 (good bath)". Many of the buildings built in the Showa period still have the same interiors as those days, and you can feel the retro Showa era, and the atmosphere is secretly popular now.
The scene is nostalgic for those who know the Showa era, and fresh for those who don't.
During my stay, I saw the interior of the Hatoya Hotel and enjoyed a wide variety of meals.
Also, Ito City was just launching fireworks, and I was able to see them from the rooftop of the hotel.
After checking out of the hotel, we enjoyed an undersea hot spring at the sister hotel "Sun Hatoya" and stopped by the coffee shop "Sweet House Wakaba" near Ito Station for delicious soft serve ice cream and light meals.
