27:23 I’m so happy to have a story of mine shared on this channel, even if it’s one that isn’t a pleasant memory for me. Ever since this memory popped into my head I’ve felt really uneasy about it. I think about it every day and it gives me the bad chills. I love true horror and I love feeling the thrill of scary stuff, but when it’s something that I personally experienced, it’s just a discomforting and uneasy feeling. In a way, it was cathartic to hear it read aloud on this channel. I’ve been around for years enjoying this channel, so hearing my own disturbing memory narrated in the same way that all of the other stories here are narrated helped me see this event the way I see the rest of this channel’s stories. It feels good to have a way to see this memory from an outside perspective, instead of being stuck in my head about it

That was quick thinking on the part of your parents and shows how much your dad loved you. That would have been a very intense and nightmarish memory without their actions. Yes, sometimes these things pop up and it is good you were able to get an answer to your question.

@@jojayy1475 Seriously, I highly recommend it. I feel like my focus has improved a ton and my memory is very precise and clear. I remember this story, but I also remember happier things and more neutral things. Lion's Mane does some really cool stuff for you

@@thurayya8905 That's a great point. One thing I didn't touch on in the story is that my dad is someone who really dislikes death and violence and gore and whatnot. He's the type of guy to complain out loud when a TV show he's watching has blood or violence in it. He always disliked the "violent" video games I played growing up. Violence and morbid stuff are things he doesn't do well with, so the fact that he could put that aside so suddenly and do what he had to do is really amazing
