(Sushi rice) 3 tablespoons vinegar, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt
(thin fried tofu) 300ml soup stock, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, 4 tablespoons sugar
Roasted chicken with spring vegetables

I love how carefully she prepares these meals for just herself. I'm so used to preparing nice things for others, and when it's just myself, I don't bother. This has inspired me to take as much care in preparing for myself as I do for others. It's so nice, isn't it?

@@ameliafroehlich2577 The longer I think about it, the more I am convinced that the size of a kitchen never matters. My Mom had the same one for over 30 years. It was small, got a little shabby over the years but she always created wonderful meals in there. My sister has a huge one. Decorations here and there, a lot of extras - but her cooking is lazy convinience style. No heart and absolutely nothing from scratch or more than she has to cook. Wich means no extra cakes, goodies, experiments or extra miles. Although she would have the time and skills to do so. My kitchen is medium in size, practical and I looove to cook edible happiness for my family.

Your entire meal was so light and pretty. I love how you coordinated the colors and freshness of the season. Flowers dressed your tables the soft pinks, greens and pale yellows. The meal was springtime, light, vibrant and delicious. Nami you are a food stylist🌸

今日もなんとなく観たくなって、何度目かですが、観にきました。野菜のみずみずしさが、良いですよね。東京にも、あんな素敵な市場があるんですね。あと、お料理の音が本当に癒される。野菜や花の美しさに改めて気付かされることが本当に多いです。コロナで出かけなくなって季節感が失われつつある中、常に季節感がある動画で本当に素晴らしい。

The way she places her glass on the table.. she actually places things, softly and gently. No slamming her cup down or her dishes. I LOVE a glimpse of how other cultures live. My days off look nothing like that. 😳She looks like she’s on a lifetime vacation. Simply beautiful❤️❤️❤️❤️

What a lonely and empty life! Does it really seem like a vacation life? This 30-year-old woman lives alone and isolated in a city of millions. She comes to her tiny flat at 7pm from work and cooking. she has a day off on Sundays and cooks, goes shopping and cooks, writes and cooks, comes back from work and cooks ... so sad

@@Garabella if you need other people to make your life feel complete, then you are the sad one. She is enjoying her life the way that makes her happy. We shouldn't depend on other human beings to make us happy. Having others are a bonus. But first you need to be happy WITH yourself and BY yourself. She is NOT lonely nor empty.

@@nano7784 double walled cups are primarily sought after for their ability to retain heat or cold from what ever liquid you put into them. That's because of the vacuum that exists between the two glass walls of the cup, essentially causing no medium for thermal transfer to take place. That's also why they typically cost quite a pretty penny (with context to glassware prices) due to the complexity of manufacturing them.

お料理頑張ってますね😊　完璧でない所が又良いです。筍はお米のとぎ汁で茹でると良いですよ　筍の頭が一番美味しい所なので見てて勿体なかった😓 スナップエンドウは食感と彩りを楽しんで頂くお野菜なので後乗せが良かったですね。錦糸卵は片栗粉を少し入れると綺麗に作れますよ。菜の花のお吸い物は沸騰した後に入れた方が彩りや食感が楽しめて更に美味しいです😊 素敵な動画をありがとうございました。
