Jeff guides us in a practice inspired by a line of Angelo DiLullo's (see below). Instead of chasing the carrot of endless dissatisfaction out of the present and into some imagined future, we do something radical: we stay. Stay right here, with things as they are. Stay in presence.

What is the Do Nothing Project all about?
This is an experiment in doing … not much. Together.
Every Sunday at 8pm EST, Jeff appears on KZfaq, badly lit, sometimes disheveled. Or there's a guest host.
He then guides a 25-minute meditation that you can feel free to ignore. The time can be used to meditate, or doodle, or to stare vacantly into space repeating ‘the humanity, the humanity.’
The whole thing has a fine community feel, with people from around the world accomplishing nothing together. If you miss a broadcast (like maybe you have a “job”), all shows are archived for future viewing pleasure.
