酒店好新淨，光線充足，夠晒光猛，最鍾意就是這種酒店，仲有全部望海，望住海心境寧靜👍👍，早晨方面，其實都好多嘢食，都唔錯，不過，可能真係新開，人手係唔夠，😕，不過，你話想要多個枕頭，等咗個半鐘先送上來，又真係好誇張囉🙄

啱啱 encore 完四季，海景房 + 行政酒廊禮遇 + 双人早餐先至 $33xx 咋，抵到爆！

通常新酒店房間都有油漆味，想問下入住時有冇味？？

酒店主要係sell渡假村feel，遠離市區，見大堂餐廳佈局都很casual，與四季瑰麗的grand截然不同，喜歡與否因人而異。題外話，不少酒店限定早餐爲一小時，唔知邊個帶頭做起，其實有冇理會客人的感受？

a so so "not so international five star hotel " charging for 3k+hkd but with a shortage of staff which takes around 1.5 hour to deliver a pillow at non peak season , wtf la no offence. Breakfast buffet is really mediocre for this non peak season package price. Imagine how much they will charge you without the lockdown policy but they only serve you those so so breakfast plus the shortage of staff. Breaskfast or the buffet quality for so called five star hotels in HK like rosewood and four season are really bad in general comparing to the SG and Japan( not just the price issue ). I know the cost for everything likes food in HK is higher even there's no gst . The food is just bad or doesn't even come close to the international standard even you are actually paying 2-3 times. Simple example is SG ritz carlton colony buffet after gst price is around 400-500hkd for lunch and 500-700 for dinner . Check out their service, table space, food variety on youtube vs the HK so call top tier five star hotel buffet with really bad quality seafood, roast meat station and dessert......etc beverage( pretty much no non alcohol beverage and they usually give you one free coffee/tea only). The murray hotel in HK doesn't even refill the salmon during the breakfast season, the hot dishes are pretty cold as they don't really keep the cast iron pots warm with enough fire ( personal exp) and you can see some really small ants moving around at the indoor areas during the afternoon tea hours. Hopefully they have fixed those issues now. Room is pretty good specially the bathtube comparing to other HK five stars hotel but the food and service are not acceptable. They have enough customers anyway even during the lockdown period so I don't think they really care lol

Booked 咗 7月19日入住，俾到 $4500 一晚海景房連一個晚餐 buffet 和一個早餐 buffet，早餐要提早 book 時間，仲係得1個鐘食，夠鐘有 waiter 提你要交枱，依點差到爆炸，好odd！

海洋公園!! 平時 唔夠生意!!! 街知巷聞!! 今天，酒店用 跳樓價吸引人客，目的係頂皮費!! 好過眼光光蝕本!! 未來生意不樂觀!!
