your voice soothes my mind and make it at ease and sometimes when i find it hard to sleep i usually go here and watch--no- listen to your videos and it puts me to sleep. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a total compliment. This leads me to wondering what if u’ll make a podcast about anything that comes to your mind. for the peanut noodles(or kung pao canton as I call it), I usually use local spicy pancit canton and I also put chicken breast fillet(cubed), a little bit of crushed peanuts and garlic chips for extra crunch.

I have also tried a ramen soup with broth, add forest ham, cheese that melts, scallions, Chile sauce and lemon squeezed even some sesame oil roasted. Superb!

So many ways to up the instant ramen game! One on the cheap is smoked ham slices, an American cheese slice, fresh diced scallions, and a drizzle of sesame oil (chili sesame oil for heat). The big thing is the brand of instant ramen. The noodles are the star here, so you need to try many varieties to find the texture and chew you like... some may be a few cents more but worth it. Of course there are rice, udon, soba, etc. varieties, all inexpensive so find what you like and experiment. Just watch the nutrition if you're into that! Always appreciate instant ramen vids! 👍✌

I love cheesy ramen especially at midnight. But instead of using imported instant ramen, I use Lucky Me chicken and the cheese powder packet from Purefoods star nuggets (My son doesn’t like the cheese on his nuggets). I almost always have a gochujang and sesame oil and sometimes I add that to make it really spicy. Yum!

Love Indomie Mi Goreng. I love it with cheese sauce but I also use all the packets haha. But I mix one regular and one hot and spicy. Dunno what makes it better for me but it feels yummier doing that than 2 hot & spicy packs. I also make a little more crispy onion bits for it. My cheese sauce just stays on top and it's cheddar and mozzarella. A little sriracha and chili flakes on top. Yum!
