Love this…great exercise ladies, the best you can get dancing and walking ….👍❤️🙏🏼….the woman in the middle reminds me of myself in my younger years and when I could dance up a storm…lol😂. That lady feels the music like I did while dancing, lots of energy into and having fun while doing it. It makes a difference on how one feels inside and hearing the rhythm of the music and song….I miss those days very much, I’m 75 now and unable to dance, my legs and knees hurt too much…no cartilage anymore…it’s bone on bone walking now…😭

It can be a very touchy subject for all women big and small.
