Thanks for the comment! I'm so glad! I think you will have one of the best holiday here. There are many kinds of internet cafes in Japan, but this internet café in particular was the cleanest and most comfortable to stay in for a long time.

Thanks for the comment! Glad to hear it! Actually, I think I could live here. Shower free Free drink bar mangas pc and it's cheap! Hahahaha I was safe. Thank you. The typhoons that have come to Japan in the past few years have been very strong. The typhoon that came the other day snapped power lines and flooded many houses. Many houses were flooded with water. Some areas are still without power.

I think that you can stay at this internet cafe and the Kaikatsu Club if you have an ID! If you have a passport or driver's license, you will be safer to enter. However, no one under 18 years old is allowed to enter this Hailey Five Cafe.

@@sugoitraveljapan What does free time from 8:00 to 18:00 ¥2200 MAX 10 hours mean? I checked on Hailey Five Cafe's website.

I think if it's weekday, 2,750yen for 8 hours + 110yen for 10min(i mean 1,320yen for 2 hours) and if it's weekend, 3,980yen for 8 hours + 130yen for 10min(i mean 1,560yen for 2 hours ) We also have to pay 300 yen entrance fee for the first time.

Ah sorry you said about free time plan. the cost of the plan depends on where you stay. It's about2,000~2,400yen and only weekday available! The cafe at Ueno costs 2,200!
