First, Happy Mother's Day Susan! ❤️💐 I go to a neurologically based chiropractor. No bone cracking or manipulation involved. Just the use of a small activator tool. It's helped greatly. Also, as a massage therapist, Cranial Sacral Therapist and energy worker, I have found ways to 'adjust' clients and myself. I will send you an email if you'd like. It would be easier to explain 😊❤ Thank you as always! 🙏🙏🙏

Hi on Finland we Have Kalevala bone settings , for alignment and it's not so dangerous. Kalevala bone setting is a traditional Finnish, manually administered form of therapy. When the whole body is treated, bone setting increases mobility, relaxes muscles and invigorates the function of various tissues, metabolic system and nerves.

Yes, yes and yes I get adjusted very sad tho my chiropractor that was phenomenal passed away in march I have been seeing him since 2004 I do not like my neck adjusted. It freaks me out. Louise Hay has an affirmation for the hips you can find it in her book heal yourself from a to z. I recently discovered a technique called you're going to laugh the diccc technique.. it is similar as an affirmation or mantra. Her name is Marissa I heard about her from mind valley. The statement is I direct instruct command compel and code my body to and then speak what you want healed. I recorded myself making the statements of the affirmation or mantras and I just let it play and listen to it over and over with my own voice. You can also state with the power of your voice I demand and I command my neck and spine to be in complete alignment now safely and easily I allow this to take place. I have been adjusted with the activator I like it much better but I have also heard just by getting a massage you can get an adjustment and there is hands-free chiropractic. They work to adjust you in your energy field.. try searching for hands-free chiropractic or light touch! ❤ Hips being out is very uncomfortable sorry this is happening hope it gets better for you soon ❤️

Hi Susan, I’ve had chronic low back/hip issues for over 30 years. There hasn’t been one singular modality that “fixes” my issues. I love chiro, but come out of alignment easily due to the soft tissue/muscle tension. I’ve found that acupuncture has a profound effect, specific yoga poses, intuitive massage therapy, fascia work….. and recently I’ve become interested in finding out more about MAT. Muscle activation technique. I’m becoming more aware that these things need that brain to muscle intervention help. I would check it out and see if you can find a practitioner to help, this is the next step for me personally. Unfortunately these things can be chronic and we have to “nurse” them. Tricking myself.. my body… (I hope you can relate) is what I’m trying to achieve. So that it can break whatever pattern it’s holding onto. Much love 💕

Thank you so much for sharing! My body is too sensitive for acupuncture and I do yoga, fascia release, and massage therapy. However, I have never heard of MAT. I will look into this! Thank you! 🙏🏻

Thank you Susan. I understand that about the chiropractor. Pre awakening I loved it. But as our energy becomes more sensitive its not comfortable. I switched to stretches and sleeping on an adjustable bed along with meditation and sound healing practices minimizes a lot of the need for more hands on physical approaches. Of course I know I'll have to switch it up as my energy fluxes. 😂❤❤❤

I think I accidentally deleted my comment trying to edit it. I had a physical therapist help me with my hip alignment. A combination of strength training exercises and a recentering practice. One in my hips tends to move forward and you can actually use your own strength combined with resistance (usually the therapist) to realign the hips. Not sure if that’s the kind of alignment issue you have but I learn to even do it on my own when I could tell that hip had fallen back. The strength training helps hold it in place over time, but I’m so bad at keeping up with it. I also second what someone else said about osteopaths, I knew an amazing one. I personally loved my chiropractor who used muscle testing and incredibly gentle and movement based alignment techniques, but he’s in Arizona. And the inversion table really helped me, but I have compression on the lumbar spine that contributes to the hip issue. I’m sure your body knows best for you. Good luck!

Oh my goodness! I hope I didn't do that! Mine was just a tiny bit out of alignment but it's okay now. I have done physical therapists too! I lift weights 5 days a week so I'm sure that also helps. Thank you so much for sharing! ❤️

I also like Marisa Peer. She has some good content. Health vortex meditation. Very good. She also has a 'healing vortex' meditation. I have been introduced to TARA approach. Had a session with someone. Amazing, and for our time. I was addressing a birth trauma. Her work is centred on shock and trauma. Worth checking out. Wishing you well.❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🤍

Personally, I've been too scared to try going to a chiropractor only because they're not real Doctors and the stuff they do could cause some serious damage. A friend of mine goes to an OMT (osteopath) which is a type of real doctor. I've never tried it out myself but my friend always tells me how much she loves going! Might be something to look into!

Hi Susan. Have you used foam rollers before?? 💫Also, I offer up a book recommendation for physical self healing -- "The Genius of Flexibility" by Bob Cooley. (I recommended this to clients when I was a practicing Massage Therapist).👍 The author self healed from a vehicular trauma. And uses a few different modalities, sort of intermixed in his exercises shown in the book that are to be practiced by the reader He mixes some Traditional Chinese Medicine, with some sports type therapy stretching modalities which seem to feel like the results ... of PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching. --using resistance against one muscle, while lengthening the other muscle... There are very many simple and some not so simple methodical, directional stretches which are just plain rad to potentially align joints, spinal column, hips etc. *with attention pointed out of which organs are related and perceived possible psychological benefits as results too... (so there's a lot of thought put into his research of his theory of achieving wellness. The first chapter is " the Genius inside you" then he tells his story. --which is compelling to me Because I healed from a sledding accident when I flew and slammed (heels first) into the side of a snowed over revene when I was 18... I really couldn't bend for a good while and needed to seek help, I chose chiropractic [was in the 90s] Myyyy understanding of the part of the adjustment to take a breath, ...was like waiting for pain. Haha, I can laff now. My chiropractor was a great old school thinker and told me I needed to do the working myself, as it was a misalignment at the lower sacrum. I couldn't let it just be, -or be up to visits to him. I did lots a stretching back then because I was already limber and did pilates and yoga videos. I also use a "Chi" machine that my dad just happened to be selling. They are absolutely excellent for gently jostling the body to increase circulation and easing tension out of holding patterns. * I healed, and loved what I learned. I'm almost 52, very active until recent 2 years... and I got through most of my any and all body misalignments through methodical stretching and tools like these, and then, --i found foam rollers!!!!🥳 Lol I take them with me if I go anywhere for more than 2 days (for my spinal needs). But I'm a salsa dancing, roller skating, hula hooping belly dance, enthusiast. So I need my ease of movement. They work for spine cracking, and they can do the Myofascial release also. There are many videos for instruction, --see if any of this resonates with you and how it feels. If It hurts though, you're doing it right,😊 but you can breathe through it. Then usually you can release tension and thus, ease out of constriction. Ahh. Use your Intuition where to place it and how long to lean onto. (Also helpful to have different densities. I currently have 4.) Ok this got long, hope it can be helpful to give you ideas to work with for you and anyone... 💗🙏

Yes, I foam roll almost daily and I have that book! I obviously have not read it in years, but it's on my shelf. 😂 Thank you so much for the reminder and the wonderful information! I have never heard of a Chi machine - how fascinating! I love how active you are! 💜

@@BlendedInsightthat's so cool you have the book. Haha. To be honest, I feel this is also the reminder for me, that I needed to get into my book. It felt pretty good to see it again, because it's really gonna be a dose of help for me, ...as well as any... I was active and stopped almost all fun activity because I'd been grieving. This is another spirit nudge for me to get back into me... and an interesting day for it too. The Chi machine bonus is it gives you head to toe tingles when it's completed it's timed session. I think it used to be like my mini meditation before I knew about meditation. I've graduated to a "vibration plate" machine... I swear I lose time on it when it vibrates on it's highest, like I'm traveling into a vortex, lol. It's kept me working out kinks in the last lazy years but kinda my favorite thing to have lately... Next week I'm getting a rebounder. 🙂

so shocked you don't like the chiro.. I do get them and there are gentle ones and "rougher" ones. some will use a massager on you before to loosen your muscles.. There are women chiros too.. Find a woman to go to....they are generally more gentle.. chiro is the best way to get a subluxation corrected but you can use massage and rollers.. inversion tables are for stretching, which is good for your spine AND "check your book" why are you out of alignment, there is a mind connection to it as well (yes wear and tear but you know it's more than that).. I've found meditation works.. try some of Dr Joe's meditations

Hi Susan, I am also going to chiropraktor regularly and I also cannot relax and I am sweating as well every time🫣 As far as I know, it makes sense to adjust the whole body, because if your hips are out of alignment, so is the whole body, including your neck, which is trying to compensate and balance the disalignment in your hips. Lately I tried tuina massage, which is similar to the Russian spa😅 And I found an amazing ostheopatin, recommended by the chiropraktor himself. And she is amazing, not only because she brings in balance bones, muscles, etc. Basically she brings the whole body in harmony and balance. A chiropraktor only treats bones, but we need to take care of faszien and muscles as well. She also can “see” past traumas stored in the body and she goes to the root of it, I hope that with the releasing of traumas, the body will also need less “adjustments”😅 Thank you for your work, as always you speak my soul language❤️
