I have a severe anxiety disorder and I think that you're so so brave for doing this, wow.

I used to be a lot like you, but now that I’m older, I’m almost the total opposite. I’m not sure how the change came about, but I guess I realized that when you walk into a crowded room, no one really cares or even notices, unless they are literally waiting for you. Just think about it, when you are in a crowded room, how many people do you really notice? You & the people you are with & the people around you don’t stop & stare at every single person that walks into the room, or even through the room. I’m 40, but older than my years. I’ve worked since I was 16 & have had to hold my chin up & fake confidence so much, that I think it eventually just became real. I wish you the best! I see a lot of you in me. I fell in love when it was the last thing I was looking for. I’ve slowly climbed up the ladder in my profession, with the help of no one. I’ve learned EVERYTHING the hard way, but it’s made me a stronger person. Life isn’t easy, but when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Keep your head up, fake your confidence, don’t let anyone make you feel like you aren’t a genuine gem & always remember how truly valuable you are!✌️♥️🙂

Viewing anxiety as always being a negative thing made me more anxious. It can be a good thing that keeps you alert and prepared. I know that changing the way I viewed anxiety helped me to work through it.

Ther killer wasn't real but the anxiety is. We deal with this on a daily basis but breaking out of your comfort zone is a huge deal in itself. The tree house trip vlog is great. So glad you did it and were honest. So many people think they are alone in their struggles, but here you are Vacationing in a tree house. You did it for you and will continue to help others venture out of their comfort zone. 🤟🌻

I have diagnosed severe anxiety, and was able to stop my medication because I engulfed myself in the outdoors. No one wanted to hike 6+ hours with me to camp as far away from humanity as possible so I did it alone. One treehouse at a time is right. P.s. have been watching your crime channel for years and your personal channel since it started. I always look forward to your personal videos. They are very levelling.

I get it! The woods scare me a little but at the same time I love them. I would love to live there but at the same time it becomes scary after dark. I spent a few nights at my aunt's cabin alone and it is huge and it stressed me out a bit haha. And I am terrified of leaving my childhood home to go live elsewhere so hey at least you got the apartment part down 😅

Very, very brave of you to embark on such an adventure. The secluded "Tree house" is adorable and a great place to decompress and rejuvenate. However, going ALONE is not for me. No way. Why? Well first, I have many years life experience and yes, I follow true crime cases. It's not about fear, paranoia or my own anxiety, it's more like minimizing risk. These cases are not fiction (ya know) and evil does exist. Wide open windows and no one to hear me scream ??? There are two beds in that place for a reason, LOL! You cover true crime cases like NO one else can and I am so thankful to Rachel Shannon for leading me to you. You are a beautiful and smart young woman. Maybe your trembling was your gut instinct telling you that being there alone doesn't work for you, LOL! If I were to venture off by myself, I'd find a nice B&B or quaint resort thing where I can be alone. You are much braver than I.

I just wanna preface by saying I’m not judging you, I would have been scared too! I get ultra paranoid in situations like this. My question though is why did you do this at all? 😂 you could have gotten the same feel from a woodsy resort that has other people at it and not been so scared you couldn’t sleep! But I would not like to stay alone in the woods myself, heard too many true crime stories :D My parents have a country house also in the forest, once i went there with my ex and during the night we both were jumping at the tiniest sound. Not easy for city dwellers to adapt to the silence.
