I mean… Depending on what You have, You can try stay healthy for a few weeks with lots of water THEN just one day eat something like this, it shouldn’t effect You as long as its once in while, thats how I beat diabetes by only treating myself with some sugar treats but hard work on exercising and lifting weights with plenty of water.
