Everything that you do. The food that you make is incredible. And the people who get to eat it are very lucky.. I really like your normal recipes when you're not trying to be a dacious with less than normal cuts of meat. I really liked watching you cook regular stuff. Bon appetit Victoria! Very good salad as well as the accompaniment of the cheeses: I think yours is of French origin, here we grill another cheese of Italian origin "provoleta" very appetizing and with our own oil. I have a wooden and leather bellows to fan the embers of the fire, pushing the smoke. Of course I am intrigued by the marinade of the meat with that red fruit juice because the result has to be different and I can already tell you that the thickness of the cut is my favorite... Thank you!
