MAKE SAUCE AHEAD OF TIME IT TAKES ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO COOK THE SAUCE FIRST.

WHEN STEAK IS COOKING ALMOST DONE ADD (OPICI) CHIANTI WINE, COVER AND ADD SAUCE.
