I rarely eat big slabs of meat (I just dont like it), but on those very rare blue moons that I do crave something like steak, I watch one of these videos. Its been two years since i last had one but I might just try making a medium-rare steak this weekend with some fresh rosemary and garlic from the garden :)

Yeah, that's a common Italian sauce called pesto. You can also try other nuts like pistachio or walnut, oher hard grating cheeses like romano, or other herbs instead of or in addition to the basil. Chimichurri is another sauce that's popular in either Latin or South America (maybe both) but just has a lil more emphasis on the acidic part of the flavor profile. Try making either one some time. I'm sure you'll love em.

Heading off into the woods for a night with my trusty knife, garlic, steak, onion, bowl yeast sugar, tongs, rolling pin, non stick skillet, 2nd skillet just to keep skillet 1 hot, chopping board, wooden spoon but its cool I flicked the rosemary and garlic back into the land which makes me earthy.
