My amazing audience seems to really enjoy when I travel around and see new sights and eat great food. So I decided to create a new mini series about traveling from Canada to Jacksonville, Florida.
We’ll start in Buffalo New York, fly to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood airport, spend a day and a half in Jacksonville, Fly to Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina then back in Buffalo I”ll be stealth camping in the parking lot.
We’re going to start this awesome series driving over the boarder from Ontario, Canada to Buffalo New York to eat a huge steak and Stealth Camp at Texas Roadhouse in Cheektowaga.

@iggydc8034 would you like me to dm you the studies from NIH, PubMed, and Johns Hopkins that counter the vast majority of his claims? Or a copy of the lawsuit of the Dr he quoted in the beginning of the “diet” that currently is going through license probation procedures for controlled substance distribution in Tennessee? Do you have any actual arguments or are we trying to use gotchya statements?

Ken has stated multiple times that he's only doing this diet for himself, and in no way is he telling you or anyone else they should do it. He's sharing his journey with his audience and information for those who are either on the carnivore diet or want to try the diet. I personally wouldn't do it because too much meat disagrees with my stomach, but nevertheless, I still thoroughly enjoy learning new things. Maybe you should listen more and judge less.

Still don't understand the extreme fasting in combination with that carnivore diet. Why not simply watch what you eat in calories, much easier and healthier en yes, you can even do videos because the next days you eat a bit less than you need when you eat a lot that day.

Yes, we have a Texas Roadhouse in Evansville, IN. GREAT FOOD! Steaks are great baked potatoes are large if you put veggies and bacon sour cream you'll get full. But it is fantastic. I usually get the Chicken Critters salad! Fried chicken pieces, eggs, tomatoes, and honey mustard dressing. Love their strawberry lemonade. Want to get a steak nxt time I'm there. Rolls are so good with the cinnamon butter as well. I would get anything on that menu. Texas Roadhouse is packed here too. I like A-1 and Heinz 57 sauce plus my dad's bearnaise sauce thicker than most sauces but its so good. steak

Texas Roadhouse was our favorite place to go for a casual meal. The last two times it’s been less than stellar: we haven’t received what we ordered (forgotten app) and steak was stringy. As I said, this is our go-to place and we’ve been there frequently. I’m afraid to go back again because they don’t serve cheap steaks. You pay around $30 for a good steak. But the steaks aren’t as good as they used to be.

I'm not sure if this is bragworthy, I accidentally lost 5kg (around 11 pounds) this week in only 5 days 😮 admittedly I had a virus that destroyed my appetite. I ate a little lastnight, some steak hehehe, woke up today pretty hungry and this video is really helping to bring my appetite back 😊 Cheers Ken 💜 And your server was so lovely 😊

I love Texas Roadhouse! We have them here & I eat there all the time. It’s consistently good & reasonably priced. Definitely my go to when I want steak. I always go for the strip medium. About what your strip side was in this video. And their rolls & cinnamon butter are iconic. ❤🤤

Texas Roadhouse food is top notch. You missed out on the house salad and loaded baked potato. Both are outstanding. The one by me is always packed. The only complaint I would have about the place is the one I go to always has the music blasting so loud you can't hear yourself think. Not a place to go if you're in the mood for a quiet evening.

KEN! there is an AMAZING bbq spot in Jacksonville called ABBQ. Technically it’s in Atlantic Beach but it’s some of the best Brisket I’ve ever had. Would recommend if you have the chance to get over there

I'm a native Texan, and if you want a steak, you go to the butcher shop and buy one and cook it yourself! I've never bought a steak that was better than what I made at home on the grill. The only thing Texas Roadhouse has in common with Texas is the name. I could make you a better steak with my eyes closed! The grill or a cast-iron skillet makes a better steak at home. Love your videos anyway. I would watch you eat shoe leather and enjoy it! Keep up the good work. I know it's hard to get good food on the road, so I would rather see you cook your own food at a rest stop or campground. Thanks for all the food porn, but I would rather see you eat a good Poutine! A good authentic Poutine recipe would be nice also... Porterhouse and T-bone are two separate cuts of steak. If you have to use steak sauce, the steak is not that good. Why mask the flavor of a good steak!

I haven’t been super strict but I usually only eat once a day and it’s meat. I have lost 60 pounds and I feel great. Just don’t let negative people get to you. They have nothing better to than crap on people trying to better themselves
