I wouldn't say that. Aizen always found a way to either wriggle himself out of suspicion or simply hide things so well that no one but Gin and Tosen knew. @XmasterHUN It's like Aizen's intellect is only rivalled by Urahara's in the entire series. Add to that magic, spells, high-level tech and it's entirely plausible he was just that good at hiding his presence. Though they probably did drop the entire ball on the whole Turn back the pendulum (vizards) ordeal, because I imagine that's as much as Aizen allowed himself to be visible in the whole history of him being in the Gotei 13.

The time & money it takes to afford a bbl could be used hitting the gym to either lose weight naturally, or gain weight and then doing the proper exercise to increases muscle mass in the areas you want, or better yet, could be used to just learn to love yourself the way you are. Stop trying to compete with or impress others that wouldn't look in your direction even with it. And no, men are not attracted to this.
